Property Law & Conveyancing

The challenge of the UK conveyancing market is to provide the best quality service in a timely manner, for a competitive fee and good profit base. While you, your clients and your introducing agents need to have full satisfaction with the service, Cerebra prides itself on its quick response time and excellent communication.

It is a sad fact that, since the first boom in 1971, the market has had longer periods of boom and bust than stability. With the cyclical upturn and downturn of the property market, solicitors face an additional challenge of understaffing or redundancies. The cost of such is weighted by the need to have staff of good quality and experience as well as having the additional cover during holiday periods and illness. Under our scheme it can be seen that those heavy costs are removed giving considerable financial flexibility.

Any conveyancing operation involves deep understanding of the conveyancing process, while appreciating the underlying client nuances and requirements. Cerebra has on board an experienced team of lawyers who have received rigorous training in residential conveyancing from practising solicitors, and who can deliver completed transactions, from beginning to end, with quality and in volume. The Cerebra team is supervised by conveyancing Solicitors who have been practicing in the UK for over 25 years.

Cerebra’s residential conveyancing services are an end-to-end solution addressing all of the above concerns. Cerebra can take on the greater part of the work needed for a sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property, or a remortgage, from the very start to finish.
